Summer Surprise
Rise and shine to the gentle sound of waves crashing against the shore from the comfort of your seaside sanctuary along the enchanting shores of Beara Peninsula in West Cork.
This retreat is an opportunity to gift yourself or a loved one to a weekend of deep healing, rest and fun.
We will join together on the evening of Friday 28th June in our opening circle to welcome you with opening intentions for the weekend. This will be followed by a delicious meal showcasing a diverse range of dishes that blend flavours from around the world in the onsite restaurant & bar.
On Saturday morning you can enjoy a cold water dip in the private beach on our doorstep followed by a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
Hot tubs will be available over the weekend so you can avail of them during your free time.
Our workshop schedule for the day will include deep inner awareness work on a soul level, helping you to release the layers to reveal your authentic self.
You will have time to rest and relax throughout the weekend, enjoying your room or surroundings.
Sunday after breakfast will be a mindful walk in the local scenic surrounds followed by a gorgeous lunch before your departure at 2pm.
Sharon Fitzmaurice will be your guide on this soulful journey work throughout the weekend .She has over 16 years experience in facilitating workshops, retreat and teaching Reiki & Seichem Energy Therapy and is known for her intuitive soul connection to everyone she works with. She also promotes a balance between work, rest and play as being joyful is part of our authenticity.
Joining Sharon is guest facilitator Alyson O’Sullivan who is an advanced Biomagnetism Practitioner based in Co Cork. As a social worker, She has worked in child protection for 6 years and has chosen to take a career break to pursue her love of biomagnetism to address health from different angles.
All Meals are provided on site in the beautiful restaurant/bar and over the weekend you will enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening meals as part of your retreat cost.
Accommodations provided are beautiful 4 star luxury lodges in Berehaven that cater for up to 6 people in each or you can avail of one of their amazing pods all to yourself.

The cost of the weekend includes your workshops, 2 nights bed and breakfast, 2 lunches (Saturday & Sunday) plus evening meals Friday and Saturday.
Non refundable deposit of 100 euro must be paid to confirm your place and hold our booking. Please Contact Sharon to check for availability. Remaining balance must be paid in full by 1st June.
