Within each of us is a spark of Divine light that connects of to the Universe, when did you last feel that spark ignite and burn bright, when do you allow yourself to shine?
This retreat will help you to recognise and reconnect with that spark within yourself, igniting the fire in your mind, body and soul. We all have a Divine purpose in this lifetime and to honour it, we must awaken to the potential within each and everyone of us.
During this retreat we will create space for you and guide you to that inner spark, to help you move through any trauma unresolved, to allow yourself to ignite the fire within- burning away any self-doubts and fears that have stopped you from moving forward.
Sharon Fitzmaurice is a intuitive wellness coach & reiki master, her work involves getting to the root cause of a person’s issues with love, compassion and deep self awareness. She will be guiding you through the weekend through meditation, soulful journeys, creative expression and a deeper sense of self.
Her guest facilitator Norah Coyne will bring you to a place of higher vibrational energy in her soothing sound baths, where all you have to do is lay down and let the sounds move through you. A deeply healing experience.
Joining us for the first time is Sinead Carr- Lisantri a Shamanic Energy Therapist & Firewalk Instructor. Sinead will lovingly welcome us to build the fire together and create a circle of love, honouring ourselves and any transformation we want in that moment. The fire walk itself is optional.
Throughout the weekend there will be space to be silent and rest. The delicious organic vegetarian food lovingly prepared by the staff at Boghill will nourish your mind and body.
